Belgian style cake, baked with a cheese cream filling. After having prepared the cheese cream filling, start making the cake batter.

In a bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar and blend well.

Add five drops of vanilla essence and mix well. (Photo #1)

In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar. (Photo #1)

Add beaten eggs and mix until smooth. (Photo #2)

Mix in flour. (Photo #3)

Fill a round cake pan with the batter 1/2 full.

Pipe the cheese cream filling onto the center of the batter into a circle. (Photo #4)

Cover the top with the batter as in the photo. (Photo #5)

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (365 °F) for about 30 minutes until brown.
