Swiss style “nama chocolate” made with white chocolate. Pour boiling cream onto chopped white chocolate and melt the chocolate completely. Then add butter and stir until glossy and creamy.

Finely chop white chocolate.

In a saucepan, bring cream to a boil.

Pour the hot cream onto the chopped white chocolate and melt. (Photo #1)

When the chocolate is melted, add melted butter and stir until smooth and creamy. (Photo #2)

Fill a pan with the chocolate mixture to a depth of 1cm.

Refrigerate the chocolate for about an hour.

When the chocolate becomes firm, remove from the pan and cut into 2cm squares. (Photo #3)

Dust with confectioners’ sugar generously. (Photo #4)
