White Chocolate Crunch Bars

Swiss style white chocolate bars. Traditionally, they’re made with white chocolate ganache mixed with nuts and dried fruit. In this recipe, however, we simply use melted white chocolate and mix it with nuts and cornflakes.

Chop chocolate into fine pieces. Melt the chocolate over low heat or by double boiling.

Lightly roast almonds and walnuts in the oven or frying pan.

In a bowl, mix the almonds, cornflakes and walnuts. (Photo #1)

Pour in chocolate and mix. (Photo #2)

Pour the mixture into a rectangular dish and smooth the surface using a spoon to a depth of 1 cm.

Refrigerate until hard, then cut into bars. (Photo #3)
