Place almond powder in a bowl. Add sugar and eggs, then blend well. (Photo #1)
Heat honey over low heat until lukewarm. Add the honey to the batter and blend.
Stir in melted butter. (Photo #2)
Blend until well combined. Transfer the batter into aluminum cups. (Photo #3)
Bake in a preheated oven at 160 °C (320 °F) for about 15 minutes. If the surface turns brown but the center is still undone, cover with foil and continue baking.
After cooling, sprinkle with confectioners’ sugar.
