LIEVRE
Lievre: Chocolate Cookie Bunnies   (Lievre: Chocolate Cookie Bunnies )
World Traditional Recipe スイス

Swiss style chocolate cookies. “Li?vre” means a “hare” in French. Two slices of almonds inset in each cookie represents the hare’s ears. To make them even cuter, you can draw hare’s eyes on each cookie with chocolate sauce. Milk or sweet chocolate is best suited for this recipe.
