In a bowl, cream together cream cheese and sugar. (Photo #1)

Mix in beaten egg, cream and 6 – 8 drops of vanilla essence, in that order. (Photo #2)

Transfer the batter into small baking cups. (Photo #3)

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (365 °F) for about 15 minutes until golden. (Photo #4)
