Soft Chocolate Cakes

Not-too-sweet chocolate cakes made with “hot cake” (pancake) mix. They are good just as they are or you can also serve them with jam and fruit sauce. To make a sweeter batter, add 10g-20g of sugar.

Fill the baking cups with the batter 4/5 full. (Photo #3)

Cover the cups with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven or toaster oven at 180 °C (365 °F) for about 30 minutes. They are done when a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. (Photo #4)
