Swiss style soft jelly with bite size fresh oranges. You can also use a mix of oranges and grapefruit or other fruit.

Soak gelatin in water*. (*not included in the ingredients list.) Follow the instructions on the gelatin package to determine the amount of water.

Beat cream until it thickens. It should still be runny enough to drip off the whisk. (Photo #1)

Peel an orange. Remove the skin from the flesh of each section, then cut into bite size pieces. (Photo #2)

Combine orange juice and sugar in a saucepan and place over low heat. Heat until the sugar dissolves.

Remove the saucepan from the heat. Add the soaked gelatin and dissolve. (Photo #3)

Transfer the mixture into a bowl. After cooling the mixture at room temperature, mix in plain yogurt and the whipped cream, in that order. (Photo #4)

Add the oranges and mix evenly.

Pour the mixture into glasses and refrigerate until firm. (Photo #5)
