Grate walnuts using a strainer. (Photo #1)
In a bowl, mix together flour, cinnamon powder and the grated walnuts. (Photo #2)
In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar. (Photo #3)
Add eggs and salt to the butter mixture. Blend well.
Fold in the dry ingredients (#2). Mix well and blend evenly. (Photo #4)
Fill small round molds or tartlet molds with the batter 4/5 full. (Photo #5)
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (365 °F) for about 20 minutes until golden.
