 |  Finely chop chocolate and place it in a bowl together with butter. Melt over low heat or by double boiling. 
 
  In a bowl, combine egg whites and 50g of sugar. Beat until stiff. (Photo #1) 
 
  Stir in beaten egg yolks to the chocolate mixture and blend. (Photo #2) 
 
  Pour in 1/4 of the meringue (#2) and blend. 
 
  Stir in sifted dry ingredients and the rest of the meringue (#2) alternately in several additions and blend. (Photo #3) 
 
  Transfer the batter into small cups or molds and cover with foil. (Photo #4) 
 
  Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (365 °F) for about 20 minutes. They are done when a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
