Finely chop chocolate. (Photo #1)   
 
  
In a saucepan, bring cream to a boil.    
 
  
Fold in the chopped chocolate to the hot cream and melt. (Photo #2)  
 
  
When the chocolate has melted and the mixture becomes smooth, mix in butter and liqueur. (Photo #3)                                 
 
  
Refrigerate until firm.             
 
  
Remove from the refrigerator and stir the mixture. Then roll into bite-size balls between the palms of your hands.
