 |  In a bowl, beat egg and sugar. 
 
  Fold in sifted flour/almond powder mixture and blend. (Photo #1) 
 
  Stir in melted butter and melted chocolate, in that order. Mix until smooth. (Photo #2) 
 
  Fill small aluminum cups with batter up to 4/5 full. (Photo #3) 
 
  Bake in a preheated oven at 160 ¡ëC (320 ¡ëF) for about 10 - 15 minutes until golden. (Photo #4)
